Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Baghdad and every governorate - see our coverage page. We pick up parcels from inside Baghdad.
How much does delivery cost?
5,000 IQD for delivery to any governorate; merchants get custom pricing after we talk.
How long does delivery take?
It varies by area and conditions. In our real recent shipments for one online store, nearly 9 in 10 shipments arrived within 24 hours.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, or payment by MasterCard.
How do I open a merchant account?
Fill in the merchant account request or contact us by phone or WhatsApp, and we will arrange the details and pricing with you.
Can I connect my online store to your system?
Yes. We have a merchant system and an API for connecting online stores; details are available on request.
Do you offer compensation or cashback?
Yes, we have a compensation policy and cashback services. Contact us for the details.
What if the recipient refuses or wants to exchange the order?
We coordinate returns and exchanges with the merchant and bring the parcel back as agreed.
How do I track my shipment?
Online tracking is coming soon. For now, send us the shipment number on WhatsApp or call us and we will tell you its status.
